Date Shake

This is my all time favorite Shake. I had it for the first time while we were on a road trip, Driving though Palm Springs Ca. Pure Heaven!!

1cup nonfat yogurt
1cup nonfat milk
1cup (packed) pitted Medjool dates (about 9 ounces)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups ice cubes

Puree yogurt, milk, dates, and vanilla in blender until smooth. Add ice cubes; puree until mixture is thick and smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
