Bailey’s Irish Chocolate Cupcake made with dark chocolate cake mix topped with cream cheese frosting spiked with Bailey’s and topped with maybe a shamrock.
Use a dark chocolate cake mix (I’m using Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix), then top with Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheese frosting. Decorate cupcakes with anything green.
Bailey’s Cream Cheese Frosting
(recipe 12 cupcakes )
4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup confectioners sugar
3 tablespoons of Bailey’s Irish cream
Mix everything well.
