Tuna Burger
5oz Can Of Light Tuna packed in Water drained well
1 egg white
1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 cup of celery chopped small
1/4 cup of onion chopped small
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
Put all the ingredients in a bowl
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Form the tuna mixture into 2 equal size patties and add them directly to the skillet.
Cook on one side for 3-4 minutes then flip carefully.
Cook for about another 2 minutes until warmed through.
Remove from skillet. Add your fixings and Enjoy.
